Amy Caplan founded Caplan Art Designs in 1997 and has been growing ever since. She has an Art and Design background with 6 years experience as a Gallery Director and over 15 years experience framing art.

She currently represents over twenty local Portland artists. Many of these artists are showcased in the gallery and the Daily Cafe at the Tram (south waterfront).
